Saica Paper Installations and Maintenance (SPAIN)
In the Saica plant in El Burgo de Ebro, MAETEL performs electrical and mechanical maintencane for the Rejects Treatment Plants, as well as the installation of 13,000 m of fluid, aire, water, condensate and steam piping in the areas of:
- Pasta production plant,
- Drinking water treatment plant,
- Preparation and Drum Pulper stock area,
- Desulphurisation zone.
In addition, for Saica Paper's plants in both El Burgo de Ebro and Zaragoza, MAETEL has carried out the electro-mechanical maintenance and operation in the Energy Recovery Plant, as well as the boiler and locksmith services.
At the Saica 1 plant in San Juan de la Peña (Zaragoza), MAETEL has carried out the total refurbishment of the MP6 and MP7 winders:
- Motor contorl center, electricity, instrumentation and control,
- HVAC and fire protection systems.
